Hamare sharir ke najuk chijo me se ek hai hamara aakh.apne aakho ko surkchit rakhana bahut jaruri hai.hamari aakhe hai tabhi hm is duniya ko dekh sakte hai.jab hm computer chalate hai to usse niklne wale light se hamari aakho ko bahut nuksaan pahuchata hai jisse hamari aakho ki roshani dhire-dhire kam hoti jaati h.computer se aakho ki surkcha karna bahut jaruri hai.


Jyada computer screen ke saamne baith kar kaam karne se hamari aakho par bura prabhaw padta hai.aakho ke dekhne ki sakti kam hoti jaati hai.agar hme apni aakho ko bachana hai to kuch upay karna hoga jisse hamari aakhe surkchit rahe.

1. jab hm computer chalate hai to hame ek nischit duri par baithana chahiye hame computer se na to jyada najdik par aur na hi jyada duri par baithana chahiye.jyada najdik me baidhenge to computer se niklne wali light hamari aakho par bura prabhav dalegi jisse hamari aakhe kamjor ho sakti hai aur yadi jyada duri par baithte hai to hame dekhne me jyada pareshani hogi hme jyada jor lagana padega.isliye hme apne suvidha ke aadhar par jisse hame pareshani n ho wha par baithana chahiye.

2. jab hm apne pc par kaam karne bithate hai to hme apni ko bina palak jhapkaye kaam nahi karte rahna chahiye ya lgaatar nahi dekhate rahna chahiye. Hame bech-bech me palak ko jhapkana chahiye.
3.computer par work karte samay hame computer ka brightness level contrast level kam rakhana chahiye. Isse hamari aakho par jyada prabhav nahi padega.hame hamesha brightness ko kam hi rakhana chahiye. Jyada chamak aakho par bhi bura asar dalti hai.

4.computer ka istemaal jab ham karte hai to hame din me jyada karna chahiye. Raat ke samay hame computer me jyada kaam nahi karna chahiye. Raat me kaam karne se computer ki saari light hm par padti hai.jisse aakho me negative prabhav padta hai.

5.computer ko kabhi hame andhere me nahi chalana chahiye.andhere me chalane se usse nikalne wali ghatak kirne sidhe hamari aakho par padti hai. roj-roj jyada samay tak is tarah se upyog karne se aakho ki brightness level kam ho jati hai. 7.wireless key-board aur mouse ka upyog kar sakte hai.computer se duri banakar rakhane me wireless key-board aur mouse madad kar sakta hai.isse hm apni man ke hisab se nirdharit duri par baith ke computer ko operate kar sakte hai. Jisse hamari aakho par computer se niklne wale light ka bura asar nahi padega.

8.agar hm daily computer use karte hai ya office me computer use karte hai daily to hame apne liye ek best chasma banwana chahiye jise hm computer use karte samay pahne.chasma hamari aakho tak computer ke contrast ko kam karke hamari aakho tak pahuchata hai jisse hamari aakhe surkchit rahti hai.
